Frugter, der er s\u00e6rligt gode for din teint, omfatter acai-frugter, kiwi, appelsiner og granat\u00e6bler. Men ogs\u00e5 bl\u00e5b\u00e6r, ribs, bl\u00e5b\u00e6r eller hyldeb\u00e6r. Desuden er urter som f.eks. persille kendt for at v\u00e6re rigtige radikalfangere. I princippet er alle frugter og gr\u00f8ntsager, der indeholder meget C-vitamin og zink, optimale for en god teint.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Sukker:<\/strong> Selv om du ikke kan lide at h\u00f8re det, er sukker ikke kun d\u00e5rligt for din figur, men bidrager ogs\u00e5 til for tidlig dannelse af rynker. Kroppen kan n\u00e6sten ikke bearbejde et overskud af sukker. Det f\u00f8rer til en forstyrret cellefunktion. Bes\u00f8g i solarier b\u00f8r undg\u00e5s for enhver pris, da str\u00e5lingen er alt for ekstrem, og rynker opmuntres til at spire.<\/li><li><strong>Tr\u00e6n regelm\u00e6ssigt:<\/strong> Fysisk aktivitet er ikke kun godt for figuren og konditionen, men ogs\u00e5 for hudens ungdommelighed, da sport stimulerer blodcirkulationen.
