Morda ne, saj se gube s\u010dasoma pojavijo na vsakem obrazu. Toda z uravnote\u017eeno prehrano lahko naravno staranje ko\u017ee vsekakor odlo\u017eite za nekaj let! Hkrati pa nam tudi pomaga, da se staramo \u010dim bolj zdravo. Posledica tega je, da se s\u010dasoma nepravilno berejo. Tako v \u010drevesju kot v ko\u017ei. In posledi\u010dno celice ne morejo ve\u010d tako dobro opravljati svojih nalog.
